How to get rid of rust
Each cleaning in the apartment begins with the unfolding of the things thrown in a hurry. Some of them are neatly folded into a closet or hung on a trempel for clothes. Part is sent to the laundry. And what about the things that suddenly spotted rust?
Perhaps the usual machine wash or soaking will not get rid of their presence? Our cleaning company offers solutions to this problem in the home, with tools at hand:
- With lemon juice. To do this, mix ½ cup of juice with ½ cup of water, and soak the stain in the resulting solution for 30 minutes. Then rinse with running water. If the rust remains, then the procedure will have to be repeated. Then, apply a liquid detergent to the stain and rub it. In the end – to wash clothes in the usual way.
- With lemon and salt. Under the stain, you need to put a few paper napkins. Sprinkle the stain with salt. Then half a lemon rub intensively on the salt spot. Cover with paper napkins on top and leave for a few hours in the sun. After that, wash.
- Using salt and vinegar. Make a paste of salt and vinegar and cover it with a stain. Leave for 30 minutes. Then rinse with warm water pasta and wash the thing.
Any spot is easier to remove if it is delivered recently. In any other case, if the thing is dear to you and the improvised means have not coped or are afraid to remove rust yourself and spoil the thing – we advise you to apply for a dry cleaning. Our cleaning company includes in its arsenal: dry cleaning of furniture at home.
